Agreements

Minimum Insurance Coverage Requirements
  • Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
  • Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence, covering all owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles used in connection with services under this Agreement.
  • Excess or Umbrella Liability Insurance: A follow-form excess or umbrella liability insurance policy with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 aggregate. This policy shall apply in excess of the Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, and, if applicable, Employer's Liability coverages. The excess or umbrella policy shall provide coverage at least as broad as the underlying policies and shall not contain any exclusions inconsistent with those policies.
  • Cargo Insurance: $100,000 per occurrence, covering loss or damage to all shipments transported on behalf of Company.
  • Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability: Statutory limits as required by applicable state law. In jurisdictions where permitted, and when consistent with Carrier's independent contractor status, Carrier may satisfy this requirement through Occupational Accident and Contingent Liability insurance.
